Running is ideal for relaxation, according to Don Menzies, today’s “Random Runner.” The Christ-church-based southern regional manager of the Australian airline, Qantas, Mr Menzies is looking forward to running in “The Press” Park-to-Park fun run, which will begin at Sydenham Park at 9.30 a.m. on Sunday. He has been a keen runner for the last five years. In a departure from previous years, the fun run will follow a 10.5km course along the new arterial road to Curletts Road and return. Run cards are available from “The Press,” but can also be obtained from 8.30 a.m. at Sydenham Park on Sunday.
