Prince takes tumble
NZPA Sydney Prince Charles took his third tumble from a horse in recent months at Warwick Farm, Sydney, on Sunday. The Prince, playing his third polo match in two weeks, took a heavy fall after a clash of horses in an invitation match. It was not evident from a distance what part of the Royal anatomy cushioned the fall — but tell-tale grass stains on his back and seat gave a clue. The Prince was quickly on his feet and after gingerly walking round for a couple of minutes, remounted and resumed playing. It was anything but a novel experience for Prince Charles — he is used to hitting the ground hard. Not only has he had extensive parachute jumping experience, but he was also hit in the face during a polo match in England last year.
