Buses bombed Arab guerrillas have ambushed four Israeli buses, with no passengers aboard, - outside the village of Kfar Abud on the Israeli-occupied West Bank, military sources have said. The White House has. disclosed that President Carter! intends to cut the 1981 Budget by more than the SUSI3,OOO million he proposed when he unveiled his anti-inflation programme almost two weeks ago.
