K. E. Reggett fined
PA Auckland K. K. Reggett. Hie rider of Equalon In- the Hillcrest Handicap at Avondale yesterday, was fined S5O for causing interference to Leopard Ripper with 50m to run. The apprentice, B. York, was fined *25 for using leathers that the judicial committee decided were in a dangerous condition. The leathers were noticed before York was due to ride Abasan in the Matangi Handicao. York was required to re-weigh with a new set.
