100th operation
Christopher King, aged 15, underwent his 100th operation yesterday and his 101st is expected to take place in just three weeks. Christopher has suffered from the rare disease, agroup of viral warts or benign tumors, since he was three. The tumors grow on his voice box, vocal cords, and up his windpipe gradually obstructing his air passage. They must be removed every three weeks or be will choke.—Sydney.
