Mrs Maree Matanee, aged; ;33, who now lives in New-1 castle, Australia, suffered a| fractured skull when she fel!; from a fire crash tender after the safety rail came loose. The civil case was to have been held in the Supreme Court at Auckland yesterday. However, the case w’as adjourned only minutes after it started a"nd settlement (was made out of court.
