The Mount scrapes in
PA Auckland Mt Wellington has become the first team to qualify for the quarter-finals of the Chatham Cup, but only after it was given a big fright by the non-national soccer league side, East Coast Bays,
at Auckland on Wednesday evening. Mt Wellington eventually won, 2-1, in extra time, but the game had to go beyond the regulation 90 minutes before Mt Wellington scored in the third minute of injury time.
