N.Z. Forest
N.Z. Forest Products, Ltd, has finalised a proposal for the conversion of the company’s 5,564,502 6{ per cent cumulative preference shares to ordinary shares. N.Z. Forest plans to issue five fullypaid ordinary shares for each 12 preference shares held.
Further details will be announced at the annual gen* eral meeting on September 1, but it is unlikely that all formalities can be completed, and the necessary meetings held before February of next year.
