NZPA Chateaureux (France) lan Finlayson, of New Zealand, came a commendable seventh In the open class In the official placings of the world gliding championships which ended yesterday. His fellow countryman. Ivan Evans, was placed thirteenth in the same class. In the 15-mctre class, Walter Gordon came tenth in the official over all placings, while Bruce Fowler was twenty-fourth.
