Murder charge
PA Auckland A Canadian man was yesterday committed to the Supreme Court for trial on a charge of murder at the end of a depositions hearing in the Magistrate’s Court at Auckland yesterday. He is James Gordon Helm, aged 33, of Mount Eden, who pleaded not guilty to a charge of murdering Poko Ennua McKechnie, aged 34, on October 8.
