S. Jenkins suspended

PA Wellington: S. Jenkins was suspended for two riding days yesterday at an inquiry adjourned from the first day of the Wairarapa Racing Club’s meeting on Saturday. Jenkins was found guilty of causing Interference In the' Tawaha Handicap, which resulted in the fall of Nick’s Head, whose rider, P. Guise, was .admitted to Masterton Hospital. A hospital spokesman, while unable to give details of Guise's Injuries, reported last night he was in a satisfactory condition. Jenkins’s suspension was effective from the conclusion of yesterday’s racing.
