In accordance with Section 25 (3) of the Act. all objectors will be given not less than ten days written notice of the date and time of individual hearings. All persons who wish to be heard in support of or opposition- to anv objections shall, as required by Section 23 (2) of the Act, and Regulation 20 of the Town and Country Planning Regulations. 1960, notify both the Council and the objector concerned in writing on the Form G, as set out in the First Schedule of the Town and Country Planning Regulations. 1960, not later than 4_ p.m. on Tuesday.
