A.N.Z. transfer set
The A.N.Z. Bank is making final arrangements to transfer its domicile from the United Kingdom to Victoria, Australia. Under the proposed scheme shareholders will receive one share of 100 c in A.N.Z. Banking Group, Ltd, for each 100 c share now held in A.N.Z. Group Holdings, Ltd, the holding company formed last year to facilitate the transfer arrangements.
