NOTICE is hereby given that the CANTERBURY YACHT AND MOTOR-BOAT CLUB (INC.I, has made an application to the Licensing Control Commission for a General Ancillary Licence in respect of the Club’s premises at Erskin Point, Lyttelton, to authorise the sale and disposal of liquor for consumption on the premises at the following times: (1) At the discretion of the Committee but for no longer than between 12 noon and 1 p.m. and between 4 and 7.30 p.m. every Saturday from the second Saturday in October to the third Saturday in April in each year and (2) between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m. on the last Tuesday in every month but excluding Public Holidays. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of this application may. not later than 14 days after the first publication of this notice, file a notice of his objection in writing and of the grounds thereof with the Secretary of the Licensing Control Commission at Wellington.
