Support for Mr Movie
PA Auckland The electoral committee of the Mangere branch of the labour Part} last evening accepted “with regret” the resignation of rhe member of Parliament for Mangere, Mr C. J. Movie.
The committee, which met for almost two hour*,, with Mr Moyle present, passed a resolution pledging “full support to Mr Movie in his stand."
The president of the branch of the party (Mr G. M. Muir) said after the meeting that no decision had been made as to when nominations for the seat would be called.
Mr Moyle had been pleased with the meeting, and had said he was happr with the support he had received.
