Journalists held
Amnesty International has said in Costa Rica that more than 60 journalists are in gaol or have disappeared in a total of 20 countries up to July 15, this year. The Lon-don-base d organisation, which seeks to aid political prisoners, said in a document circulated at a L'nescosponsored conference that Indonesia had detained 21 journalists, India seven, the Soviet Union six, Yugoslavia four, and Brazil six. — San Jose.
