Wainoni Road dogs
Sir, — May I, through you, give warning to dog owners in the Wainoni-Cuffs Roads area. Our three bitches came into season three months early. Because of this, we were taken by surprise and so were unable to prepare them. Now we are being troubled, day, and night, by straying dogs, let roam the streets by uncaring, selfish owners. These dogs will be caught, if possible and held for the ranger. The dogs are a corgie with a long tail, two fox terriers, a small black and brown mottled cross-breed, a spaniel, a sick looking collie, an Alsatian, and a young black Labrador cross. Up to now we have chased these dogs off, but not any more. My young maiden bitch was attacked by two of these dogs and I am now out after the dogs and their owners. — Yours, etc., C. BRADLEY. July 17, 1976.
