Women’s 400m record falls
(N Z.P A.-Reuter) DRESDEN (East Germany). Christina Brehmer, of East Germany, set a world record for the women’s 400 metres when she was clocked electronically at 49.775ecs at an athletics meeting in Dresden. And Angela Voigt, of East Germany, set a women’s world long jump record of ■6m 92cm (22ft B.sin).
