Bid for Reece unconditional
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Brierley Investments, Ltd reports that its subsidiary, C. R. Chadwick, Ltd, has received acceptances for about 40 per cent of the share capital of E. Reece, Ltd. In terms of the offer this is sufficient for the offer to be declared unconditional. Chadwick, Ltd, is a Papakura hardware company taken over by Brierley Investments in February, 1972. The final date for acceptances has been extended to June 15.
