Finns back on Coast

(From Our Own Reporter) GREYMOUTH

Three Finnish consultants have arrived on the West Coast to re-examine the beech-milling proposals. The Government announced six months ago that further study of the beech proposals had been deferred until the possibility of a combined West Coast, Nelson, and Marlborough pulp and paper industry had been examined by the consultants. It is the first time the consultants have been back to the West Coast since their original visit in November.
