Commerce Act seminar

The New Zealand Society of Accountants will hold a one-day seminar on competition law and price control, as affected by the Commerce Act, 1975, in Christchurch on May 24. The purpose of the seminar is to provide members .of the Society, and others interested, with an opportunity to discuss the practical implications of the Commerce Act, and any proposed amendments as suggested in the report of the working party appointed to review it. Authors of seminar papers are Mr J. Collinge, barrister and solicitor, and Mr L. F. Hampton, senior lecturer in commercial law at the University of Canterbury.
