SHARE PRICES FIRM ON QUIET MARKET
Share prices continued to firm on a quiet, but optimistic, New Zealand sharemarket yesterday. The New Zealand United Corporation index rose 5.39 points, and rises again outnumbered falls by seven to one. Market leaders were prominent among the rises.
