P.M. of S. Korea resigns

' (N ZPA -Reuter —Copyright) SEOUL. December 19. President Park Chung Hee of South Korea has accepted the resignations of the Prime Minister (Mr Kim JongRil) and his Cabinet.

President Park has recalled however, 12 of the 20 outgoing Ministers, and has appointed Mr Choi Kyu-Hah, a former Foreign Minister who is Presidential consultant in Foreign Affairs, as acting Prime Minister. The out-going Prime Minister said that he had resigned due to poor health and that there was no particular political significance in his departure from the Government.
