CHRISTCHURCH TECHNICAL INSTITUTE FULL-TIME COURSE YEARS I AND II NEW ZEALAND CERTIFICATE APPLICATIONS are now being received for this course, which is designed to enable the student to complete the subjects of the first two years of the Technicians Certification Authority Courses in a wide range of options.
