There is financial provision for a half salary at the level of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer or Associate Professor, the status of the appointee to be determined by experience and qualifications. Consideration of higher academic status would be given if the applicant already holds full professorial status or has exceptional professional seniority. The disciplines covered are social psychology, sociology, anthropology, economics, politics and education.
