The prohibition on public access extends over the area of the McLeans Island plan tations and all adjoining lands within the general limits of 400 metres from the southern boundary of the plantations and all riverbed within 400 metres of the south bank of the Waimaka- ' riri River from McLeans I Crossbank to the northerly i projection of the upstream boundary of the West Melton Rifle Range.
