CV.Z. Press Association) . WELLINGTON, Nov. 13. Australian-style political [ upheavals might soon ' occur in New Zealand, the [ Values Party leader (Mt Reg Clough) said tonight. I “Our country is being [broken up by factions, selfinterested pressure groups 'out only for their own gain.” he told a public meeting in Wellington. "What’s happened in Australia this week could happen in New Zealand in a very short time.” Both the Labour and National parties were out of touch with the real problems facing New Zealand.
“The two traditional parties are involved in shortterm economic issues. They are worried about who has borrowed more from whom, and w'ho will borroyv more later.” he said. "The real problem is that production - consumption * economy is breaking down.
