TTie company pleaded not guilty in the Wellington Magistrate’s Court to six other charges of contravening the Food and Drug Regulations, 1973, relating to hygiene and cleanliness. Two of the charges, one relating to not having clean hand basins and enough soap, and another concerning premises not being maintained in clean working order and condition, were dismissed by Mr M. F. Hobbs, S.M. He reserved his decision on the other five charges. : Mr A. A. T. Ellis and Mr D. R. Broadmore appeared [for the company, and Mr R. N. Hawkes prosecuted for the Health Department.
