Pork pie prices

Pork pie eaters can rest assured that if they stock their larders with pies from Paizar Bakery they will not be paying too much for them.

After recent criticism in the correspondence columns of “The Press”, the Price Tribunal of the Department of Trade and Industry investigated the costs incurred in baking the pies and in a report received yesterday by the manageress of the bakery, Mrs D. Short, said they were not too expensive.

“We are quite satisfied that your prices are in order,” said the report.
