TELEVISION SET TAKEN

A colour television set was stolen from a house in Cashel Street last evening.

The occupant of the house returned late last evening to find that it had been ransacked and the set gone.

Three cash boxes, containing $635, were stolen from a filing cabinet in the premises of the Southern Cross Medical Care Society, 382 Montreal Street, on Monday night.

A rivet gun, electricity leads, and tools, of a total value of about $5OO, were stolen from a building site in Shakespeare Road, Waltham.
