Australian visit
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 21. The Minister of Trade and Industry (Mr Freer) will go to Australia at the end of the week for discussions with his Australian counterpart (Dr !Cairns). ... . . The Acting Prime Minister I (Mr Tizard) told a press conference tonight that the meeting would be a follow-up to working partv discussions on the New Zealand-Australia Free Trade Agreement.
The talks are held annually. Mr Tizard said that he hoped Mr Freer would be laying the basis for continued co-operative trading across the Tasman.
