Invest before mini-Budget
There is a possibility that the Government may fix the mortgage interest rate below The current ruling rate in its mini-Budget this Wednesday. In order to take advantage ' of current rates it would then I be necessary to have finalized investments today. 12A p.c. for threeyear term Complete Security Two first mortgage invest- ! ments required on industrial ; properties. One to $39,000 on registered valuation of i $71,000. This is only 55 per icent of the valuation, which recommends up to 571 per cent as the margin for Trustee Act Security. The other to $15,000 on i registered valuation of , $28,000. This is 53.5 per cent of the valuation which recommends 55 per cent as Trustee Act Security. Investments of 100 or multiples of $lOOO are invited and ail investments will be ' fully secured as First Mort- ■ gages over the properties.
