■ Airlines hit Flight crews of all three French airlines, including Air France, today began a two-

day strike, the latest episode in a long conflict resulting from the opening of the new Charles de Gaulle airport, at Roissy, north of Paris. The strike, announced by the unions involved after a warning. is expected to cut Air France flights in Europe by 80 per cent and long-distance flights by 20 per cent.—Paris, April 22.
