Clyde consider conversion
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Clyde Engineering. Ltd. re- ’ ports that consideration is being given to a proposal for; the conversion of the pre-: ference shares into ordinary! shares. A committee of preference: shareholders is being appointed. The proposal entails the abrogation of the special rights and privileges attaching to preference, shares with the consequence! that if approved each preference share would become’ an ordinary share.
The proposal will be submitted to separate meetings of ordinary and preference shareholders. Offer unconditional Feltex New Zealand. Ltd,, says that its offer of March : 12, to purchase the issued; ordinary shares in Con-: solidated Plastic Industries; '(N.Z.), Ltd, is now unconditional. ]
