Detainees to be released
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW DELHI, April 19. India is ready to begin, on May I, the repatriation of civilians who were detained in New Delhi at the beginning of the 1971 war with Pakistan, according to informed sources. The plan for the release of the detainees, thought to number less than 1000, was contained in the agreement between India and Pakistan on April 9, and will, take place through the Attari iWagh border.
