Each intersection 'will function independently ’while modifications are 'made to new equipment. : As far as possible peak; ■ traffic conditions will be ’avoided, but some disi; location of traffic is inevitable, and drivers are asked .’by the City Engineer’s : Department to be patient and cautious.'
