Prisoner missing
The Christchurch police are looking for a prisoner who failed to return to a prerelease hostel in Opawa last evening.
He is Charles William Tuhou, aged 32. He is described as 6ft lin, with black hair, copper complexion, brown eyes, and wearing a maroon jacket and blue trousers.
He had been released from the hostel to visit a patient in Christchurch Hospital. The police were told about 8 p.m. when he failed to return.
