BUILDING GROUP MIXED ON FIRMER N.Z. MARKET
The leaders were more active and a wide range of second-line stocks was traded on firmer New Zealand stock exchanges yesterday. Insurance and selected manufacturers’ shares benefited most from the Government’s announcement on savings-bank mortgages. However, the building group was mixed and financiers were easier.
