Canadians released
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) i SAIGON, July 15. Two Canadian officers and two Vietnamese employed by the International Commission for Control and Supervision were released by the Viet Cong today, 17 days after they were ( detained. The men were picked up by an I.C.C.S. recovery team in the Xuan Loc area, 40 miles north-east of Saigon, where they were captured.
