Carrie Snodgrass, who won an Academy Award nomination this year for her performance in “Diary of a Mad Housewife,” stars in tonight’s film, a comedy-drama entitled “The Impatient Heart.” Miss Snodgrass is a young social worker whose dedication and zeal lead her into too deep an involvement with

her cases and as a result she has very little life of her own. Also starring are Michael Brandon, Michael Constantine and Marion Hailey. The film tomorrow afternoon is “The Keys of the Kingdom,” which was made in 1944 and is an adaptation of a novel by A. J. Cronin. It tells of a Roman Catholic priest who awaits retirement in a small church at Tweedside, Scotland. From his diary a fascinating tale of adventure, and life in China

unfolds through the eyes of the monsignor who has' come to tell him to retire. The stars are Gregory Peck, i Vincent Price, Sir Cedric; Hardwicke and James; Gleason.

Dtiblin art show The most extensive exhibition of the works of the Australian artist, Sidney Nolan, will be opened in Dublin next week. Sponsored by the Australian Embassy in Dublin and the Arts Council of Ireland (An Chomhairle Ealaion), it will feature the, triology, “Oceania.” Nolan,! whose forbears were from' County Clare, has supplied; about 100 paintings and graphics as examples of his works since the early postwar period.—Dublin, June 14. 4
