Rarotonga’s first tourist I;hotel began building today. •I The 80-bed Trailwaysi [lHotel, financed by a New (Zealand group based in 11 Palmerston North, should be ■completed by August next ! | year. The hotel is situated on the ! seaside two miles from the ! capital, Avarua, and four miles from the new interna-’ tional airport. The building contractor is making extensive use of local sub-contractors and the veni ture is welcomed in tourist Circles on the island.
