‘Leave’ from hospital

(N.Z. Press Association) BLENHEIM, Dec. 8. The dux of Queen Charlotte College, Warren Hall, aged 17, was given “leave” from Wairau Hospital last night to go to Picton to receive his prize—with his arm in a sling. A son of Constable and Mrs J. Hall, of Picton, Warren has had surgery on his little finger, a sequel to a football injury earlier this year. A former pupil of Manawatu College, Warren intends studying engineering at Victoria University, Wellington, next year.
