(N Z Press Association) WELLINGTON.
The convener of the All Black selectors (Mr T. M. H. Vodanovich) announced last night that N. A. M. Pickrang from Waikato will replace L. W. Mains (Otago) as a full-back in the early trial at Athletic Park on Saturday.
Mr Vodanovich said that Mains would not be available for the All Black tour to the British Isles next month because of business reasons.
