New board for NMA

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, March 29. The directors of NMA Wright Stephenson Holdings, Ltd, the parent company of the new group which has been formed as a result of the merger between Wright Stephenson and Company, Ltd, and NMA Company of New Zealand, Ltd, have been announced. They are: Mr J. M. Ritchie, chairman; Mr R. R. Trotter, deputy chairman; Lord Denman (whose alternate will be Mr R. S. V. Simpson); Messrs N. R. Eades, H. W. Huse, H. T. Irving, G. R. Lawn, I. E. O. McKellar, G. E. Pearce and E. D. Watts. Mr Trotter will be managing director and Mr Huse general manager. Integration of the stock and station activities will be carried on by a separate subsidiary and application has been made for the name Wrightson NMA, Ltd. The board of this company, all executive directors, are Messrs R. R. Trotter, chairman; H. W. Huse, managing director; P. B. Davis (Invercargill), H. A. Parsons (Hamilton), M. I. Ritchie (Wellington), A. A. Roberts (Hastings), M. G. Shepherd (Dunedin), and E. D. Watts (Wellington). Mr V. G. MacLennan has been appointed secretary of NMA Wright Stephenson and Mr G. C. Forgie appointed secretary of Wrightson NMA. Mr H. G. Hay, Christchurch, has been appointed a director of Challenge Finance, Ltd.
