(N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright! MELBOURNE. Victoria yesterday defeated New South Wales in their Sheffield Shield cricket match by an innings and 250 runs.
The match finished shortly before lunch, with New South Wales all out for 105 runs. New South Wales had declared at 67 for nine in its first innings, and Victoria, in reply, made 422.
