Westport campers
The many visitors to Westport, mostly from the Canterbury area, include a good proportion of surfboard riders and a big group of motor-cyclists. Most are camped on the beaches. The Transport Department at Westport reported good behaviour on roads in the area, reducing accidents to a minimum.—(F.O.O.R.)
