Prm Ameiatimt AUCKLAND, December 28. Three, and possibly four, overseas shows would be brought to New Zealand next year, said the managing director of Williamsons and Edgley Theatre (Mr M. Edgley) today. This will include a Russian festival, with leading ballet dancers and opera singers. This will be in New Zealand in April. The other shows are "Move Over Mrs Markham,” a play starring Honor Blackman. “Charlie Giri,” starring Derek Nimmo, and the second “Disney on Parade” show which Is touring America. Mr Edgley said it also was hoped to bring the “Moscow Circus on Ice” to New Zealand early in 1974.
