Fire explodes oil drum

A rubbish fire in a yard at Taylors Drycleaning and Laundry Services, Ltd, 59 Victoria Street, caused an oil drum to explode about 11.25 last night. The fire, which occurred next to a petrol pump, had a good hold on a lean-to when firemen arrived but was quickly extinguished. Four engines and two staff cars from central station attended the fire.
