To install modem optical scales in their shops throughout Canterbury and Otago, MMM Butcheries have gone to considerable expense and as a result, customers have another service which will increase cus- j tomer satisfaction. 1 Scales, as used in the.! past, showed only weight to the customer and the computed price could be read only from the butcher’s side of the scales.

The German Bizerba optical scales have been installed to further increase customer satisfaction and confidence, as the scales not only show the weight,

but the price per pound and the total cost to the customer on both sides of the scales.

The reading of these scales is perfectly clear to the customer and MMM would like full use made of this service. If satisfaction is not achieved the company encourages you, for their benefit as well as the cus-f tomer's, to ask the butcher | to re-weigh any purchase.
