(N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN. R. Craig (Wellington) holds an unbeatable lead in the New Zealand schoolboys’ chess championships, in Dunedin. Yesterday he beat his closest rival in the championships, R. Wansink (Otago). There is a struggle, however, for the minor placings between V. Small (Canterbury), G. Chiu (Wellington) and Wansink. The final round will be played today.

Other results of round six were: D. Llchter (Otago) drew with J. Knegt (Canterbury), R. Ley (Auckland) drew with Small, Chiu drew with S. Moore (Auckland).
